We will start of course with the delicious fresh, exotic and seasonal fruit, you will taste the different colors, flavors and textures. Next, we'll enjoy a delicious blue corn taco with grilled fish or squash blossom, accompanied by the best horchata water. Moving up a level we will have an insect tasting! Yes, you read that right from ants, worms, grasshoppers and more… We’ll continue with one of Mexico’s greatest specialties: cacao. You’ll enjoy a tasting of different types of cacao from the southern region of the country and discover its many benefits.
