With the guidance of a Mexican chef, we will enter the kitchen of the best taqueria in the city. Here, you will become a professional taco maker where you will cook with fresh, regional ingredients. You will learn to marinate the meat, make sauces, assemble a meat spit, and finally, the most fun part, cut the meat to prepare your own taco accompanied by pineapple, cilantro, onion, salsa, and a delicious tequila.
