Our driver will wait for you for up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time, free of charge. If you cannot locate our driver at the pickup location, please contact us immediately through the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any queries or concerns.
At Lupus Travel, we drop off travelers at their requested destination, which can be a hotel, an Airbnb, or any other address specified during the booking process. Our drivers will ensure that you are dropped off at the most convenient location possible, based on your requirements and any local regulations. We will take into account factors such as traffic and road closures to ensure that you arrive at your destination on time and in a safe manner. If you have any specific requests or instructions regarding your drop-off location, please inform us during the booking process.
