A beautifully mindful yoga class on the water. I will guide you through a series of simple yoga poses with beginner to advanced options while you float softly on your anchored paddle board. Move, flow and balance with your mind and body while you interact with the element of water in an unforgettable experience. We finish each class with a couple of minutes for an expression session and photos. No experience is needed.
We will meet at Lake Caroline off E. Caroline Blvd. and W. Beach Dr. There is parking at the park. We will meet up and sign a waiver. Walk over to the put in location to proceed.
