Step-by-Step Service Process

1. Booking and Confirmation

After making your booking, please provide your flight number, flight schedule, and passenger details. For the VVIP package, please also provide your hotel name and full address to arrange the private premium vehicle transfer.

Please check your booking confirmation for service details and meeting instructions.

2. Arrival Service – Airport to Hotel

Step 1: Meet and Greet

Upon arrival at Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC), meet the service staff at the designated meeting point according to your booking instructions. Arrival guests will be greeted by staff holding a name sign.

Step 2: Immigration Assistance

The staff will guide you to the appropriate immigration lane according to your selected package:

Standard and Premium: Fast-Track Immigration Lane Assistance.

VIP and VVIP: VIP Immigration Lane Assistance.

Step 3: Baggage Assistance (Premium and VVIP)

After immigration, receive assistance with your luggage and baggage trolley if included in your package.

Step 4: Escort and Exit Guidance (Premium and VVIP)

The staff will escort you to the airport exit and guide you to the vehicle or designated pickup point.

Step 5: Private Premium Transfer (VVIP Only)

For VVIP bookings, a private premium vehicle will transfer you from Phu Quoc International Airport to your designated hotel.

Step 6: Hotel Drop-off

The driver will take you to the hotel address provided in your VVIP booking. The transportation service ends upon arrival at the designated drop-off location.

Please note that Standard, Premium, and VIP packages do not include airport transportation.

3. Departure Service – Hotel to Airport

Step 1: Arrange Your Departure Service

For VVIP bookings, provide your hotel name, full address, flight number, and departure schedule so that the private premium transfer can be arranged.

Step 2: Private Hotel Pickup (VVIP Only)

The driver will pick you up at your designated hotel and transport you to Phu Quoc International Airport according to your confirmed booking.

Step 3: Meet the Airport Service Staff

Standard and VIP guests meet the staff after completing check-in.

Premium and VVIP guests meet the staff at the departure hall.

Step 4: Check-in and Baggage Assistance (Premium and VVIP)

Premium and VVIP guests receive assistance with the check-in procedure and baggage trolley, as included in their selected package.

Step 5: Immigration Assistance

The staff will guide you to the appropriate immigration lane according to your package:

Standard and Premium: Fast-Track Immigration Lane Assistance.

VIP and VVIP: VIP Immigration Lane Assistance.

Step 6: Completion of Service

The service concludes after the included airport assistance has been provided. Immigration clearance and processing times remain subject to airport procedures and immigration authorities.

4. Important Information

Private premium airport transportation is exclusive to the VVIP package. Standard, Premium, and VIP packages include airport assistance only and do not include a vehicle transfer.

The VVIP vehicle transfer is provided for the arrival or departure service booked. Both directions are included only when both services have been booked.

Please ensure that your booking information is accurate and keep your phone reachable throughout the service period.

Staff may contact you through WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Viber, Telegram, Zalo, iMessage, LINE, or WeChat. Due to potential access or connectivity limitations with LINE and WeChat in Vietnam, please contact the service provider proactively if you use either application.

Please carry a valid passport and all required travel documents.

If your flight schedule changes, notify the service provider as soon as possible.
