Begin your safari adventure with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Selous (Nyerere National Park), one of Africa's premier wildlife destinations. Upon arrival at the Beho Beho airstrip in Selous, you'll be greeted by our driver guide, who will provide an overview of your safari itinerary and brief you on it. Embark on a thrilling game drive through Selous, renowned for its extensive wildlife, including the continent's largest population of wild dogs. Experience the excitement of observing predators and other large game in their natural environment. The day is enriched with a picnic lunch amidst the wilderness. As evening sets in, return to the camp for relaxation around a warm bonfire, followed by dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of Selous' prime game-viewing area.

Start your second day early with tea or coffee, then head out for a sunrise boat safari along the Rufiji River. This unique excursion offers an opportunity to observe wildlife at the water’s edge, including bird colonies, hippos, and crocodiles. After about ninety minutes, pause for a picnic bush breakfast surrounded by nature. Continue your adventure with a game drive through the game-rich areas of Beho Beho and Tagalala in Selous. Traverse savannah landscapes and riverbanks are ideal for spotting diverse wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, zebras, and the elusive African wild dogs. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch with a picturesque view of the park. After lunch, explore further into the African bush for additional wildlife encounters. In the afternoon, conclude your safari by returning to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar.
