Step into the world of Cambodian chocolate and experience something truly special at WAT Chocolate in Phnom Penh!
In this fun and creative workshop, you’ll discover every step of the chocolate-making process — from melting and mixing to decorating — before creating your very own personalized chocolate bar.
Start by choosing your favorite base: dark, milk, or creamy white chocolate, all made from locally grown Cambodian cacao.
Then, select up to three toppings from a range of authentic local ingredients such as Kampot pepper, Kep sea salt, Mondulkiri cashews, dried mango, banana, or candied ginger.
With the guidance of our chocolatiers, you’ll pour, decorate, and design your own packaging to take home.
You’ll leave with a unique, delicious, and 100% handmade chocolate bar — a sweet and authentic souvenir of Cambodia.
