The El Salto Swimming Hole is an iconic attraction in the La Fortuna area and we are fortunate to have the primer spot for yoga, walking distance from La Fortuna, right next to the Rio Fortuna. You will meet here before heading to the nature reserve for your yoga session.

What to expect

Indulge in our tailor-made yoga sessions, seamlessly blending diverse postures to harmonize your mind and body in a truly natural setting. Engage in a profound workout encompassing stretching, relaxation, and meditation. Join us at a rainforest reserve, and embark on a journey to "find yourself in Costa Rica." You can also join our public classes Monday 7:30pm -- Wednesday 7:30am -- Thursday 5:15pm.
