We will pick you up at Roundabout the City Express Plus by Marriot near el Ángel de la Independencia. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with the lead travel name.
Prepare to meet your tour guide and head to Puebla.
Our first stop will be a colorful market, where you will taste typical food from Puebla, such as semitas, chile atole, or agua fresca.
Next, we’ll visit the Museum of Popular Art, a former convent built in the 17th century. It exhibits handicrafts from the seven regions of Puebla, and the convent’s kitchen was the birthplace of the famous mole poblano. Then, we will take an orientation walk around the historic center, discovering beautiful streets, architecture, traditions, and history.
After getting to know this incredible state enough, we will arrive at a lively place where you’ll join a cooking class led by a local chef. Visit the market with the chef to select fresh local ingredients, and then return to cook up a storm in a cozy restaurant kitchen. Afterward, enjoy your gastronomic creations!
