Yoga and Disco both have deep roots in the Bay Area. We love moving our bodies, whether on the mat or in the club, and we combined these two loves into a unique experience that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the Bay!
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please meet at the Lake Merritt Pergola to begin your experience. Parking is limited! Plan to carpool, bike, or take public transportation.
What to expect
75 minute Silent Disco Style Yoga Class (all levels/accessible) with a celebrated local yoga instructor at one of our curated outdoor venues. Or, host us at your location, within a 70-mile radius of Oakland.
Mini Photo session and souvenir photos for your entire group.
Fresh pressed juice from and light refreshments provided by our local restaurant partners for a post-yoga wind down and refuel.
Yoga Swag bag for each student, with a stainless steel, reusable water bottle and an Online Gift Card, redeemable for one month virtual yoga classes ($59 value!)
