Pickup is available from hotels and riads located in central Marrakech.
If your accommodation is not accessible by vehicle, a nearby meeting point will be arranged and shared in advance.

If you are staying in or around Jemaa el-Fna, the meeting point will be in front of Hôtel Restaurant Café de France, located on Rue des Banques, Marrakech 40000, Morocco.

Please be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Our driver or guide will arrive in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle and will confirm your booking name upon arrival.

Pickup details, including the exact time and meeting point, will be sent via WhatsApp and email the day before the activity. For last-minute bookings, details will be shared as soon as possible.
