What to expect

Ourfishing program has been prepared for big game fishing enthusiasts who wouldalso to discover the beauty of the tropical spice island and would enjoy also a few lazy days at the beach.

Zanzibarwith its archipelago and crystal-clear waters one of East Africa’s primespots for sports fishing. The fish are around all year. Dorado or mahi-mahi could be found year-round, as well as wahooand barracuda. There is also the possibility to catch giant trevally or"GT" as it is abbreviated.

Fishing is ideally catching and released unless it’s important for the angler to keep someparticular catch or the fish might qualify for national or African record. IGFAqualified fishing gear will be provided/used aboard. 

Thereis also the possibility of using your own gear. We would highly recommend a 30-80lbsmonofilament line. All travellers will be provided a full information dossierprior to departure about what to bring and other necessary details.
