    Continue journey to Gomantong Caves, step into one of borneo most remarkable limestone cave systems, inhabited by millions of bats and swiftlets. The caves are famous for edible bird's nests, which are gathered by skilled local gatherers during the season. If your visit aligns with the harvesting season (usually February-April and July-September), you might have the opportunity to observe this bold traditional practice in person. Navigate the accessible Simud Hitam (Black Cave) along the well-kept boardwalks, get ready for a multisensory journey, the chorus of swiftlets and bats, the multitude of insects, and the unique scent of guano combine to create an unforgettable ambiance.

    The highlight of your day comes around 4 pm when you set off on the Kinabatangan River cruise. This is the time when wildlife activity is at its highest along Malaysia's second-longest river, home to one of Southeast Asia's most diverse ecosystems. With binoculars and cameras in hand, float along the river in a boat, skillfully guided by friendly expert who will assist in spotting and identifying the amazing biodiversity around you. Get ready for some exciting wildlife sightings might includes proboscis monkeys, macaques, hornbills, wild crocodiles, pygmy elephants, or if really lucky, some orangutans.
