The pick-up starts from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu, offering a delightful journey of approximately one hour through a scenic drive to the Borneo Cultural Village, subject weather, traffic and road condition.
Upon arrival, you will be graciously welcomed by the village Chief. then a guide, often a member of the local community, will graciously lead you through traditional houses, inviting you to explore the authentic dwellings of various ethnic groups such as the Kadazan-Dusun, Murut, and Bajau. Engage in elegant pursuits such as bamboo fire-starting, the artful use of a blowpipe, or the enchanting melodies of musical instruments. Then indulge in live cultural dances and music in the performance hall, and proceed savoring a local lunch made by the indigenous tribe at the end.
