    Head to a local market with your host, Mummy Halimah, to search for traditional ingredients, spices, and groceries needed for your cooking class. Learn about local produce and familiarize yourself with the unique ingredients of Sabah.

    After the market tour, drive approximately 20 minutes to a local village where the cooking class will take place. Upon arrival, settle in and enjoy a welcome drink while getting to know your hosts, Mummy Halimah and her daughter Lenny. Learn to cook two traditional dishes and a local vegetable dish. This is a hands-on class where you will be cooking the dishes yourselves, with guidance from Mummy Halimah. Get step-by-step instructions on how to craft each delicious dish. After cooking, sit down and enjoy the meal of your creation, accompanied by dessert, coffee, or tea.
