Pick up from your location.
The inflorescence develops over several months, with its growth peaking at a rate of up to 15cm (6 inches) a day. It only blooms for around 24 - 48 hours. While in bloom, the structure generates heat, more than 32 degrees Celsius and produces its “foul smelling” odour to attract flesh flies and carrion beetles for pollination. After 48 hours the flower structure withers. The trek to see the flower varies on the location of bloom of the Titan Arum which can take from 1 hour to 3 hours. Join us for a memorable adventure!
