A day trip to Tarangire National Park is definitely worth it if you do not have a lot of time to do a longer safari. It is a smaller park, and therefore you are able to see a lot of wildlife in a short period of time. You will also get to enjoy the beautiful nature and scenery.

You will be picked up at the entrance to your hotel by a safari guide who will wear a shirt or a t-shirt which says Msafiri Tanzania and also the safari car will have Msafiri Tanzania on the side and on the back, so it will be easy to see who is your guide and which car is for you.

1Tarangire National Park
After an approximately 4 hours drive from Moshi, you will enter Tarangire National Park, which is known for its large elephant herds and beautiful landscape with many baobab trees. During your day safari it is possible to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras and various types of antelopes and birds. Time includes transportation.
