What to expect
Learn from a professional dancer, performer, and choreographer.
You'll first learn floor techniques, vocabulary, and basic pole dance movements. Then we'll move onto using the pole and becoming comfortable with moving around it. To finish you'll learn a few turns, climbs, and spins on the pole into a choreographed dance.
