In 2 days, you will have the perfect idea of the central part of Chile, you will begin discovering the markets, the food, and local places of Santiago, the capital city of Chile. It will be a city tour discovering all the classical tips you must see in Santiago. In a full day city tour you will see all different neighborhoods and much more. In the second day you will visit Casablanca, a wine valley, named 10th Wine World Capital, to taste the great Chilean wines and in the afternoon you will visit the city of Valparaiso, a World Heritage Site. The selected wineries are boutique wineries, we love to show wines that you will not find in your country. In two days you will have the summary of Chilean central region.

Meeting and pickup
You must book minimum 24 hours in advance. In high season, it means from september to March you must book as minimum 48 hours in advance. Departure is from Santiago, in case you need to be pick up at the airport or at the port of Valparaiso and San Antonio it has an extra cost that must be paid directely to your guide at the meeting point in cash. Our rates: pick up at the airport usd 30 per person (in base of 2 people), for 4 people request for an special rate per person, pick up at the pier (valparaiso or san antonio) usd 130. (in base of 2 people) for 4 people request an special rate.. Any pick up and drop off out of Santiago has an extra rate.

1Central Market (Mercado Central)
you will begin the day at the Central Market, the best way to begin to discover a city is by its food, not just eating but shopping, discovering the markets, you will pass walking by central market and la vega central to by the ingredients for lunch. At 11am will begin your cooking class at Barrio Italia and then lunch. After lunch we will do a city tour to discover the history of Santiago to finish overnight at a B&B at Curacavi valley to enjoy the quietness of nature after the buzy day

2La Vega Central
Here you will discover the fresh and local products of the city and the new ingredients introduced by inmigrants. By the food you discover people.

3Barrio Italia
Here you will have the cooking class, you will learn how to prepare a "pisco sour" Chilean national drink, how to cook "Chilean empanadas" and other local food. After the cooking class you will have your lunch that consist in pisco sour, apetizer, main course, desert and wine

4Bellavista
After lunch, you will arrive by car to Bellavista district and will stop to have walk in this bohemian district, you will see the hidden restaurants, colorful streets and mural. Here is one of the museum houses of Pablo Neruda. optional visit to the museum. ticket not included.

5Parque Metropolitano De Santiago
after the visit to Bellavista district by car you will drive up to San Cristobal hill to have a view of the city from different points and in almost 360 degrees.

8Museo Palacio Cousino

You will begin the day visiting the cellar that belongs to the winemaker that discovered Casablanca as a great terroir for wine production.

11Historic Quarter of the Seaport City of Valparaiso
after visiting the two wineries we will drive in direction to Valparaiso to enjoy its colorful streets, murals, architecture, history and much more, is a city to be discovered. Return to Santiago or drop off at Valparaiso, depending on your itinerary.
