Meeting and pickup
For pick-up at your place of residence, please send us the address via private message either at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the outing. For departures from our shop, the address is: "Espace Vélo - Médina Rue 22 angle 13, near the BCEAO.
Espace Vélo - not far from the BCEAO bank. We head for the Corniche Est to admire the beautiful sea view of Dakar, and continue to the Plateau town center to finish at the Museum of Black Civilization.

6The Museum of Black Civilisations
Our tour ends here. An on-site museum guide will take you on a tour of this Pan-African museum near downtown Dakar. The 14,000 square metre, 4-storey thematic building faces the Grand Théâtre National. Its architecture is notably inspired by the impluvium huts of Casamance, in southern Senegal, and Great Zimbabwe. The structure is intended to be "a small round hut, very common in Africa", here redesigned to introduce daylight into all the museum's spaces. A visit not to be missed!
