Pickup is available from all hotels, private apartments, ports, and other accommodation in Split and the surrounding area.
Please ensure that you provide the exact pickup address when booking.
If the property is located in a pedestrian-only zone, the driver will meet you at the nearest accessible location.
Your driver will contact you before the pickup time to confirm the meeting point.
Please be ready at least 10 minutes before departure.
Airport pickups:
If your transfer starts at Split Airport, the driver will meet you inside the arrivals terminal, holding a sign with your name. Flight delays are monitored, and pickup time will be adjusted automatically.
Ports & Marinas:
For pickups from the ferry port or marina, the driver will meet you at the closest vehicle-accessible point. Please share your boat/ferry name or arrival pier number if available.
Luggage:
Standard luggage allowance applies (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person). If you have oversized items (e.g., bikes, surfboards), please inform us in advance so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle.
We provide drop-off at any hotel, private accommodation, port, marina, or other accessible location within the city of Dubrovnik. If the property is located in a pedestrian-only zone, the driver will drop you off at the nearest vehicle-accessible point and provide guidance on how to reach your accommodation. Examples of common drop-off points include: Hotels and private apartments throughout Dubrovnik Dubrovnik Port (Gruž) Dubrovnik Old Town (accessible drop-off outside the pedestrian zone) Marinas, bus stations, or custom locations requested in advance
What to expect
After completing your reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation voucher with all service details, including pickup time, location, and driver contact information. Please make sure all information is correct.
2. Pre–Pickup Coordination
Before your transfer, your driver will contact you to confirm the exact pickup point and verify any special requests (child seats, extra luggage, scenic route, etc.).
3. Pickup at Your Location
On the day of the service, the driver arrives at your selected pickup point in Split (or surrounding area).
If the location is in a pedestrian-only zone, you will be guided to the nearest accessible meeting point.
4. Greeting and Assistance
The driver greets you with a sign (for airport/port pickups) or by name.
Assistance with luggage is provided, and the vehicle is positioned safely for boarding.
5. Comfortable Departure
Once all travelers are seated, your journey begins in a clean, air-conditioned, fully licensed vehicle.
Your driver shares basic route information and ensures you are comfortable before departure.
6. Scenic Drive to Dubrovnik
During the trip, you will travel either the fast motorway route or the panoramic coastal road—depending on your preference.
Short photo stops or restroom breaks are available upon request.
7. Arrival in Dubrovnik
When you reach Dubrovnik, the driver will take you directly to your hotel, accommodation, port, marina, or any other accessible point in the city.
8. Drop-Off and Assistance
Upon arrival, the driver helps unload your luggage and ensures you safely reach your final drop-off point.
Before leaving, the driver can provide local tips, directions, or assistance if needed.
