What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please be ready at your selected pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Your driver from ALL 4U will contact you via phone or WhatsApp shortly before arrival.
For pickups at hotels or private accommodations in Split:
Please wait in front of the main entrance or at the nearest accessible point for vehicles.
If your accommodation is in a pedestrian-only zone, we will arrange the closest possible pickup point.
For pickups at ports or marinas:
Your driver will meet you at the main arrival gate with a sign displaying your name.
For airport pickups:
The driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
After landing, please proceed to the arrivals area where the driver will be waiting with a sign.
If you have special requests (extra luggage, child seats, sports equipment, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
We provide drop-off at any requested location across the whole of Croatia and throughout the European Union. Travelers can choose any drop-off point, including: Hotels, private accommodations, villas, and resorts City centers and pedestrian zones (nearest accessible point) Ports, marinas, bus and train stations Tourist attractions and major points of interest Any specific address along the travel route Border crossings and destinations in neighboring EU countries For airport transfers, we drop travelers directly at the departure terminal of any airport in Croatia or other EU states (e.g., Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Hungary, etc.). If the final destination is located in a pedestrian-only zone, drop-off will be at the closest point accessible by vehicle, and we will guide travelers to the exact location.
What to expect
Travelers select their preferred transfer option, choose the date, time, number of passengers, and enter full pickup and drop-off details. Once the booking is completed, they receive an instant confirmation and all essential service information.
2. Pre-Transfer Communication
Before the transfer, the traveler receives a message from ALL 4U with driver details, contact information, and any additional instructions. For airport pickups, we monitor flight status to adjust the pickup time if needed.
3. Pickup Coordination
At the scheduled time, the driver arrives at the agreed location.
For city or hotel pickups in Split or elsewhere in the EU, the traveler meets the driver at the main entrance or the nearest accessible point.
For airport pickups (e.g., Split Airport), the driver waits in the arrivals area holding a sign with the traveler’s name.
For ports, marinas, or stations, the driver meets the traveler at the main gate or designated meeting point.
4. Assistance With Luggage
The driver greets the traveler, helps with luggage, and ensures all personal items are safely stored in the vehicle before departure.
5. Start of the Journey
Once the traveler is comfortably seated, the transfer begins. During the ride, the driver ensures a smooth, safe, and pleasant experience, offering information and assistance if requested. All vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and regularly maintained.
6. En-Route Flexibility
The traveler may request short stops (restrooms, food, photos, etc.) depending on the route. The driver can also adjust the itinerary if the traveler needs to change the drop-off point within reason.
7. Arrival and Drop-off
Upon reaching the destination—any location in Croatia or EU countries—the driver stops at the exact address or the nearest accessible point if the area is pedestrian-only. The driver unloads the luggage and makes sure the traveler has all belongings before completing the service.
8. Completion of Service
Once everything is confirmed, the transfer is officially completed. Travelers can contact us anytime if they need assistance or want to book a return trip.
