    Hungarian Parliament Building

    The Parliament is the place of the National Assembly. It is one of the largest parliaments in Europe. The building is magnificent and is located on the banks of the Danube, illuminated at night and dominates the city with its 96 meter high dome.

    St. Stephen's Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika)

    St. Stephen's Basilica is the largest Catholic church in Budapest. The most important relic is on display inside the building, the dexter of King Saint-Etienne. The building was completed in 1905, Emperor Franz Joseph participated in the inauguration ceremony. The church got its name from the founder of the country, Istvan. The dome measures 96 meters, there is a 360 degree panorama of the city. The interior is very richly decorated with marble and paintings.

    Central Market Hall

    The Budapest Central Market is the largest covered market in Budapest. The building is extraordinary, it was built at the end of the 19th century. You can go shopping, buy souvenirs and taste typical Hungarian dishes, lángos, sausages and goulash. On Sundays this curiosity is closed, we can visit the building from the outside or replace this program with a craft market in the city.

    Hungarian State Opera House - Magyar Allami Operahaz

    The Budapest Opera House is one of the most beautiful buildings in Budapest. The architect's name is Miklós Ybl. In 2023 the renovation was completed. The acoustics are magnificent and the repertoire is chosen with great care. Sissi had her own dressing room. The neo-renaissance building was built in 1884.
