What's Included
Meeting and pickup
After flying from Zanzibar airport you will be collected by your guide at the Mikumi National Park Airstrip. This ticket includes your internal flight from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park, it does not include airport transfer from your hotel to Zanzibar Airport. You need to arrive at the airport in time for this flight, most hotels run airport transfers. We can organise your airport transfer for an additional cost.

Mikumi is a jewel. Its variety of landscapes, grassy plains, woodlands, and a water hole are surrounded by three striking mountain ranges. The park is home to a wide range of animals, including lions, leopards, and hippos, to name but a few. It’s also a great place to see elephants, giraffe, impala, the rare African hunting dog and over 400 species of birds. The open space, wide skies and wonderful wildlife all contained in a relatively small area make it a perfect location for a day or two day safari.
