Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). The departure from the hotel needs to be 2,5 - 3 hours before your flight. You will receive a confirmation with the pick up time or you can contact Stromma Finland  directly 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer to reconfirm exact pick up time (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

What to expect

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Helsinki City Hotel details as well as your mobile phone number. Your transfer will be confirmed at time of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 

The departure from the hotel will be 2,5 - 3 hours before your flight. You will receive a confirmation with the pick up time or you can contact Stromma Finland  directly 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer to reconfirm exact pick up time (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Your English speaking driver will meet you at your hotel . The driver will be holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger's name.

These private vehicles can accommodate up to 15 passengers.

  • The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 piece of luggage. If your have excessive luggage please select one size bigger car than the number of passengers requires.
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Contact details advised on voucher under Important Information.
