Here you will prepare the dishes of the Tuscan culinary tradition through fun and interactive cooking classes held in our professional kitchen together with an expert chef, who will follow you, advise and guide you step by step in the preparation of the dishes.

A unique experience that can also be enjoyed as a family. The classes will take place in a splendid villa located in the heart of Chianti, and immersed in a suggestive landscape, overlooking the hills of Barberino Val D'Elsa

What to expect

DURATION: 3 HOURS
Pasta Class 30 km from the center of Florence. Reception with a welcome drink with a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills with an enchanting glimpse of Barberino Val D'Elsa; meeting with our chef who will guide you in the preparation of 2/3 types of fresh pasta and seasoning sauces matched to the type of pasta. Lunch that includes appetizers based on local cold cuts and cheeses, pasta prepared by the participants, 1 glass of wine, dessert, water, and coffee included. Find out how to prepare homemade pasta easily and successfully !! With only flour, water, and eggs we will teach you the secrets to making RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE, CAPPELLETTI, GNOCCHI in an enchanting place immersed in the suggestive hills of Chianti. During the 3 hours, we will make fresh pasta and condiments prepared entirely by the participants according to seasonal products, with the Chef's guide and explanation. After the preparation of the pasta, you will finally be able to enjoy its authentic flavor, tasting the excellent Chianti wine paired with lunch. At the end of the lesson, you will receive the recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family.
