We welcome clients to our cooking school at Via della Mattonaia, 13, Florence. Just steps from the historic center, it’s easy to reach. For those driving, there are several outdoor parking options and a public underground parking facility nearby (at your own expense).

What to expect

Upon arrival, our chefs will greet you with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink, setting the stage for an exciting day in the kitchen. This brief introduction gives you the chance to relax, get to know your fellow participants, and learn about the steps that await in crafting your own vegetarian Italian masterpiece.
The course begins with the preparation of fresh vegetarian pasta, a fundamental part of Italian cuisine. Our chefs, with years of experience and passion for Italian culinary traditions, will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques passed down from generation to generation. You’ll work with high-quality, fresh, and seasonal vegetarian ingredients to create pasta dough by hand, learning how to roll, shape, and cut it to perfection.
As you work, our chefs will explain the importance of using the best local produce to elevate the flavors and textures of your vegetarian dishes. This part of the course provides you with a true hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of what makes vegetarian Italian cooking so special.
Once your pasta is prepared, it’s time to shift gears and dive into dessert—tiramisu, reimagined with vegetarian-friendly ingredients.
