And right in the wake of this exciting hunt, you can enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience through the cooking school dedicated to the preparation of delicious truffle tagliolini.

The cooking school offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of creating homemade pasta, combining simple ingredients such as flour and eggs to create a perfect base for tagliolini.

After creating the fresh pasta, the time comes to enrich it with the freshly hunted truffle. The truffle can be cut into thin slices and added to tagliolini, or it can be used to prepare a truffle sauce, mixing its aroma with the pasta.
To accompany the truffle tagliolini, a careful selection of wines can further enhance the tasting experience.
