With the support of our chef you will discover some of the secrets of Italian cuisine, you will learn to make gnocchi and ice cream in a simple way and you will be able to replicate the recipes at home too!
You will receive a diploma and the recipes of the preparations made will be sent to you.
During the course you will eat the products prepared with your classmates.

What to expect

Escape the city to a relaxing villa in the Chianti hills where you can master the basics of Italian gnocchi and ice cream from our amazing chef!

Our school, known for its welcoming and professional environment, is located in an area renowned for its vineyards and culinary history. The school building, a restored old farmhouse, overlooks hills covered with vineyards and olive groves, offering a serene and inspiring environment. The classrooms are equipped with modern equipment, but maintain a rustic charm that reflects the essence of the Italian culinary tradition.

- Reception with welcome drink
- Meeting with our chef who will guide you, step by step, in the preparation of traditional Italian potato gnocchi
- Then we will move on, while our gnocchi are cooking, to the preparation of the ice cream.
- After you finish cooking, you can sit back and relax as we serve your culinary creations with wine pairings from local vineyards.
