Pasta Class 25 km from the center of Florence. Immerse yourself in Tuscan culture and cuisine and enjoy the sweet life in the peace of Chianti!

Fresh Pasta and Sauces Course Program:
Welcome with a welcome drink with breathtaking views of the Chianti hills with a charming glimpse of Barberino Val D'Elsa;
Meeting with our chef who will guide you in preparing 2/3 types of fresh pasta and sauces matched to the type of pasta.
Preparation of one of the most iconic desserts of all time: tiramisu
Lunch that includes pasta prepared by the participants, 1 glass of wine, dessert, water, and coffee included.

During the 3 hours we will make fresh pasta, sauces, and tiramisu prepared entirely by the participants according to the seasonal products, with the Guide and explanation of the Chef.

At the end of the lesson, you will receive the recipes to reproduce at home with your friends and family.

Your dietary needs are not a problem for us: we are open to your requests.

What to expect

The course will take place at SiChef's Villa among the hills of Chianti. An expert chef will guide you through the preparations and you will taste what you have prepared. At the end of the course you will be given a certificate and the recipes.
