You'll work with high-quality ingredients to create the dough by hand, learning how to stretch and top it to perfection.

As you work, our chefs will explain the importance of using fresh and seasonal ingredients and how they contribute to the rich flavors and textures that make Italian pizza loved around the world. This part of the course provides you with a true hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of what makes Italian cooking so special.

Once your pizza is prepared, it's time to shift gears and dive into the dessert course—tiramisu. This iconic Italian dessert, known for its creamy layers and delicate flavors, is a delight to create and even more enjoyable to taste. Our chefs will guide you through each step of the process, from preparing the rich mascarpone cream to layering it with coffee-soaked biscuits.
