The first part of your class focuses on Italy’s most beloved tradition: fresh pasta. You’ll:

-Mix and knead pasta dough from scratch using top-quality kosher-certified
ingredients
-Learn to roll, shape, and cut pasta in classic Italian styles
-Prepare authentic sauces, emphasizing Tuscany’s farm-to-table philosophy

A selection of delicious ravioli in many imaginative shapes filled with local flavors.

Next, it’s time to create a truly traditional Tuscan dessert: I Necci.

Sweet crepes typically made with chestnut flour and filled with ricotta cheese, sugar, or honey. A recipe that is as simple as it is ancient, and not easy to find.

Sit down together and celebrate your creations.
You’ll receive a Certificate of Participation along with exclusive recipes.
