We welcome clients to our cooking school at Via della Mattonaia, 13/r, Florence. Just steps from the historic center, it’s easy to reach. For those driving, there are several outdoor parking options and a public underground parking facility nearby (at your own expense).

What to expect

The course begins with the preparation of fresh pasta, a fundamental part of Italian cuisine made entirely with vegetarian ingredients. Our chefs, with years of experience and a passion for culinary traditions, will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques passed down from generation to generation. You'll work with high-quality, simple ingredients to create pasta dough by hand, learning how to roll, shape, and cut it to perfection.
You'll also prepare delicious vegetarian sauces using fresh, seasonal vegetables and herbs. As you work, our chefs will explain the importance of using fresh and seasonal ingredients and how they contribute to the rich flavors and textures that make Italian vegetarian pasta dishes beloved around the world. This part of the course provides you with a true hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of what makes Italian vegetarian cooking so special.
Once your pasta is prepared, it's time to shift gears and dive into the dessert course—ice cream.
