The day before the service, you must provide us with your room number, so that our representative can search for you at the reception by name and room number. Please note that if for any reason you are late at your departure time, our driver will wait for you for 20 minutes after the scheduled time, but if you need more time, an additional waiting time charge of $25 will apply."
