If your flight is modified or cancelled, it is important that you let us know your new arrival time so we can be there when you arrive. In the event that the aircraft changes its arrival date and time, it is your responsibility to inform us of that updated information, including the flight number and arrival time. If your pick-up is at a hotel, you must provide us with the exact address and room number the day before your service, so that our driver can look for you at reception by name and room number."

What to expect

The private transport service begins with the reservation in which the date, time, place of departure and destination are agreed. In this case, it is a private transfer for a group in a modern vehicle fleet, equipped with air conditioning and space for luggage.
