Meeting and pickup
Our private shuttle service is convenient, safe and flexible for traveling anywhere within Costa Rica. If your pickup is at the airport, our driver will greet you with a sign bearing our company name and the traveler's name. If the pickup is from a hotel, our driver will look for you by name at the front desk. The vehicles used for private transport are well maintained and air-conditioned, and our drivers are reliable and punctual Costa Rican bilingual professionals. During the trip, you can enjoy the natural beauty of the country and our drivers will be happy to show you all that Costa Rica has to offer. If you provide your flight number when booking your airport shuttle, our Meet & Greet service will allow you to track your flight and adjust the pick-up time if necessary. In addition, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to go through security, pick up your luggage and head to the arrivals area to meet your driver. If your flight is modified or cancelled, it is important that you inform us of the new arrival time so that we can be there when you arrive. In case the airline changes your arrival date and time, it is your responsibility to inform us of this updated information, including flight number and arrival time. If your pickup is from a hotel, you must provide us with the exact address and room number the day before your service, so that our driver will look for you at reception by name and room number."
What to expect
On the day of travel, the driver will be at the airport with a sign with the name of the group. In addition, a bottle of water is included for each passenger.
If the flight is delayed, the shuttle will keep track of all flights and will be waiting for the group regardless of arrival time. Drivers are experienced and friendly.
With regard to departure and return information, the traveller is picked up from Liberia Guanacaste airport and taken to the destination hotel. For return, the group is picked up from the hotel and taken to the Liberian airport 5 hours before the scheduled flight time. In short, the shuttle service offers convenience, punctuality and customer service throughout the transfer process.
