You must provide us with your flight number and arrival time so that we can track your flight and adjust the pickup time if necessary. Also, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to get through security, pick up your luggage and head to the arrival area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, making it easier to meet. In case your flight is modified or cancelled for any reason, it is important that you inform us about the new date, including flight number and arrival time, so that we can update the information and be there when you arrive, as we have no way of knowing if your flight was changed.

What to expect

We offer private transportation services with a fleet of air-conditioned vehicles and ample space for bags. The units are modern, clean and selected according to the number of passengers. Each vehicle is insured and meets all regulatory requirements. We have updated operating permits, a fully comprehensive insurance policy, and are certified by the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT).

The private shuttle starts with the reservation, in which we agree on the date, time, place of departure and destination. On the day of the trip, the driver will be at the airport with a sign bearing the name of the group to facilitate the meeting, having all the details of the transfer.
