What's Included
Meeting and pickup
You must provide us with the airline and flight number in order to monitor you in case of any changes, such as cancellations or modifications. Any changes should be reported immediately. If the date or time of arrival of the flight changes, it is the responsibility of the passenger to notify us with the updated information, including the flight number and the new arrival time.
Once the flight lands, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes to give you enough time to pick up your luggage and leave the airport.
The day before your arrival, we will send you a photo of the sign our representative will be holding at the airport.
The day before your departure, you must confirm with us the pick-up time.
If you are staying in a hotel, you must send us your room number so that our representative can request it at reception using your name and room number.
If you are staying at an Airbnb, you must send us the exact location.
Our representative will have all the details of your trip and will receive you at the Liberia Airport with a sign with the name of the group leader or traveler.

What to expect
On the day of the trip, the driver will be at the airport with a sign with the name of the group. In addition, a bottle of water is included for each passenger.
If the flight is delayed, the transportation service will control all flights and will be waiting for the group regardless of arrival time. The drivers are experienced and friendly.
Regarding the departure and return information, the traveler is picked up at the Liberia airport and taken to the destination hotel. For the return, the group is picked up at the hotel and taken to the Liberia airport 4 hours before the scheduled flight time. In summary, the transport service offers comfort, punctuality and customer service throughout the transfer process.
