What's Included
Meeting and pickup
You must provide the airline and flight number so that we can track it in case of any changes, such as cancellations or modifications. Any changes must be reported immediately. If the flight’s arrival date or time changes, it is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us with the updated information, including the flight number and new arrival time.
Once the flight lands, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes to allow you enough time to collect your luggage and exit the airport.
The day before your arrival, we will send you a photo of the sign that our representative will be holding at the airport.
The day before your departure, you must confirm your pickup time with us.
If you are staying at a hotel, you must provide your room number so that our representative can request you at reception using your name and room number.
If you are staying at an Airbnb, you must provide the exact location.
Our representative will have all the details of your trip and will meet you at Liberia Airport holding a sign with the name of the group leader or traveler.
Our private transportation service is convenient, safe, flexible, and transparent. The vehicles are well-maintained and air-conditioned, and our drivers are professional, reliable, and punctual. What to expect
This is a private transfer for your group only.

Transportation will be in a modern mini bus fully equipped with air conditioning and plenty of room for amenities and luggage.
The driver can stop for you on the way if there is something you would like to do (restaurant, restrooms, take a picture or anything else you wish).
The driver will be at the airport with a sign with your name on it.
We include a bottle of water for each passenger.
We keep track of all flights, if for any reason yours is delayed, you don't have to worry, we will be waiting for you no matter what time you arrive.
