Meeting and pickup
We meet all guests inside Jazz Cafe Roma on Via Giuseppe Zanardelli 12. Please arrive 10 minutes before the cooking class starts. If someone is late, we can't wait for them, and rebooking comes with a fee.
What to expect
Begin your experience by meeting your professionally trained hosts at the Jazz Cafe in Rome. Our restaurant is located in the heart of the city, just outside Piazza Navona. First, with the help of the team, you'll make your own Spritz, either with Aperol or Campari, so you can enjoy a few sips while you are working on your dish. Follow our host to learn how to make pizza dough, roll it out, and add toppings. Watch as the restaurant's pizzaiolo bake your pizza in a traditional wooden oven.
While waiting for your pizza, relax at the restaurant and enjoy your delicious spritz with the rest of the group. After your pizza meal, you can savor a complimentary glass of limoncello or a coffee - just ask the staff.
If you join our evening classes, you can stay at the Jazz Cafe and enjoy Jazz and arts after the cooking class. We are the only Jazz bar in the area offering an exquisite repertoire of musicians to listen to.
