What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We meet all guests inside Jazz Cafe Roma on Via Giuseppe Zanardelli 12. Please arrive 10 minutes before the cooking class starts. If someone is late, we can't wait for them, and rebooking comes with a fee.
What to expect
Our pizza experience is divided into two phases: 1st is the making and learning. 2nd is eating and enjoying.
At our pizza cooking class, with the guidance of our expert hosts, you'll learn how to make a pizza dough, how to roll it out, top it, and the types of ingredients we use for traditional pizza.
Once the pizzaiolo takes your pizza out of the wooden oven we use, the restaurant's staff will serve your dish to the table where you'll be seated with other participants. While the pizza is baking, we offer our guests complimentary bruschetta and drinks. With your meal, you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer, and you can ask for a coffee or a limoncello after the meal.
