The activity takes place when high tide coincides with sunset or sunrise, when the light is perfect to take pictures of amazing views of Panama City. It can be done with any person in good health and fit with out previous paddling experience.

What to expect
Your guide will get you acquainted with kayaking gear, paddling, navegation techniques, and safety to them paddle accross Panama Bay from Paitilla to Casco Antiguo in a guided excursion.
