Confirmation voucher will be sent to your Viator textbox once the vehicle has been arranged. Please show the voucher to our staff at our booth in each airport: Suvannabhumi (BKK): The booth is located between Gate 3 and 4 on the second floor, inside the terminal. Please look for the Golden Goose Group logo. Don Muang (DMK): The booth is located at Gate 5 on the first floor, inside Terminal 1. Please look for the Golden Goose Group logo.

Hotel in Bangkok City center only. The area of Thonburi is located in outer Bangkok, an extra charge of THB 100.- per way per vehicle.

What to expect

You will receive a text message a day before your scheduled pickup with your booking reference, our customer service number, and your driver's name and contact details.

Meet and Greet Service is included for airport arrival transfer only.

Waiting time for arrival airport transfer: 2 hours after the indicated pick-up time, otherwise overtime charges will apply.

MEETING POINT (Suvarnabhumi Airport / BKK) -International and domestic flights
1. Exit the ARRIVALS hall (after collecting your luggage). 
2. Turn RIGHT and walk towards the MEETING POINT located close to Exit 3 on the 2nd floor.
3. Look for the Viator poster with your name held by our staff.
4. Approach our staff and they will support calling the driver for you.

MEETING POINT (Don Muang Airport / BKK) -International and domestic flights
1. Exit the ARRIVALS hall (after collecting your luggage). 
2. Walk towards the MEETING POINT located at the Exit 5 (Terminal 1)
3. Look for the Viator poster with your name held by our staff.
4. Approach our staff and they will support calling the driver for you.
