One of the main coffee producers in our country offers the option of knowing in depth the production of the grain, from its plantation to its roasting in one of the main coffee farms in the area. When we arrive at the farm, the first thing we will do is visit the seedbed where everything begins with the love, care and passion that is dedicated to the selected grains to become the plants that will give us their fruits, later we will enter the trails of the farm where the best high-altitude coffee is produced, we will continue in the old mill, where you will move to the industrial environment that has processed and transformed the cherry coffee into what is known as green coffee, we will continue with the roasting, which is the process by which manages to obtain the flavors and aromas. We will end the tour of the farm with a Barista who will pass on their knowledge of the art of obtaining the best cup of coffee.
