Your tour leader will meet you at your accommodation, port, train station or other location in Taormina, and you will arrive to a private villa of Sicilian family. Here, you will be welcomed with a cool glass of a fine Sicilian DOC wine and traditional Sicilian bruschettas. The cooking class is private, only for your party, which ensures personal attention from your chef. Together you will start to cook your perfect Sicilian pasta from scratch and a creamy filling of ricotta for cannoli. Taste some exceptional Sicilian DOC wines as you hear the rules of the real authentic Sicilian pasta and cannoli preparation, secrets of perfect dough, ingredients, as well as tips and tricks from the local expert chef. When your hand-made pasta and cannoli are ready, take a seat with the family of the chef and eat your perfect culinary creation with fine Sicilian DOC wines and water. After the cooking class, if required, your tour leader will drop you off at your accommodation, port or train station in Taormina.
