Upon arrival at Catania airport, the driver will wait you in according to your arrival flight details and bring you in Taormina. After placing your luggage at the hotel and a few hours of rest, start the walking tour in historic center of Taormina. With your licensed guide you discover the main street "Corso Umberto", see important sights and the most important monuments like the Greek Theater. You will also discover the small and characteristic streets of Taormina full of the smells of flowers. At the end of the walking tour, dinner with traditional organic food and local wines.

This morning the driver is ready for bring you in Etna. Your private guide will explain you hoe Etna volcano created, history of eruptions, culture, myths and folklore. After breakfast in Hotel, you have a cooking class in local family. Today you will learn how to cook traditional "Pasta alla norma" and "Cannoli Siciliani" with chef Donatella. you will learn the secrets of ancient Sicilian cuisine. At the end of the cooking class you will taste what you cooked with local wine.

After the cooking lesson and a little rest in the hotel it is time for another exciting experience, a boat Tour on the coast of Taormina- Giardini Naxos. The excursion start around 17pm from Giardini Naxos port and takes place along the shoreline along the Cape of Naxos, the Bay of Naxos, Cave of the Day, Cape Taormina, Isola Bella, the Blue Grotto, the Bay of Mazzaro and finally the Bay of St. Nicholas.(The boat tour is not private). - Return to the hotel and free evening in the charming Taormina. After breakfast in hotel, meet your private driver at 9.30am and move to magnificent Siracusa. Approximately in two hours you arrive in Ortigia island(The old part of Siracusa) and the local licensed guide is ready to show you the most important monuments of Syracuse including the famous Norman cathedral of Santa Lucia. During the tour you will also taste the traditional street food of the Syracuse area in three stops. In the first you will taste cheeses, hams, dried tomatoes, caponata, olives with local wine. At 10am meet your private licensed guide and move to scenic Noto, one of the most beautiful cities in Italy with a very interesting, sometimes tragic, story. You will enter the historic center of Noto through the "Royal Gate" Porta Reale, and start your private walking tour. With your guide explaining you about history, culture and lifestyle of Noto, you will see important monuments and beautiful ancient churches and other beautiful sights. At the end of the tour you will have a tradional lunch in the historic center of Noto. After visiting the city of Noto, your private driver will take you to an oil production company. Buongiorno, after breakfast its time to say "Arrivederci" to Syracuse and start the trip for Palermo passing through Piazza Armerina. Your private driver 9.30AM will wait you in front of Hotel. In 2 hours you arrive in Piazza Armerina. There, our first stop is "Villa Romana del Casale". With your local expert guide you will discover this Roman jewel that was built in the 4th century A.D.
