Discover the beauty of the Slovenian coast on a relaxing boat tour starting and ending in Izola. We’ll cruise along the Adriatic Sea and enjoy stunning views of the charming town of Piran, with its red rooftops, St. George’s Church, Tartini Square, and old city walls – all visible from the water. Along the way, we’ll pass Fiesa beach and the impressive Strunjan cliffs, the highest on the Adriatic coast. The highlight of the tour is a stop at the White Rocks, a peaceful natural spot with crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming and taking photos. After the swim, we’ll return to Izola while enjoying the sea breeze and coastal scenery. This small-group tour is ideal for anyone who wants to relax, explore the coast, and experience Slovenia’s seaside beauty from a different perspective.
We will meet in Izola at the public pier directly in front of Bar Bariera (address: Sončno Nabrežje 26, 6310 Izola). Your skipper will be waiting next to the boat, which is 7 meters long and moored right at the pier.
As we approach Piran from the sea, you will see the picturesque old town with its red rooftops and narrow streets built along the coastline. The bell tower of St. George’s Church stands high above the town and offers a stunning view from the water. You will also see Tartini Square, the heart of Piran, surrounded by Venetian-style buildings. Along the way, you’ll pass the old town walls on the hill and the lighthouse at the tip of the peninsula. This view from the boat shows Piran in its full beauty and gives you a chance to take great photos.
As we cruise along the coast, you will see the impressive Strunjan cliffs rising directly from the sea. These natural cliffs are the highest on the Adriatic coast, reaching up to 80 meters. Covered with Mediterranean vegetation, they create a dramatic and untouched landscape. You’ll also notice small hidden beaches and crystal-clear water below. The view from the boat offers a perfect angle to admire the full height and beauty of the cliffs, with plenty of opportunities to take amazing photos.
As we pass by Fiesa, you will see a peaceful beach area surrounded by greenery. The Fiesa beach is known for its calm waters and small bay, popular with both locals and visitors. Behind the beach, you’ll notice two small lakes, which are a unique feature of the area. The view from the sea shows the relaxed atmosphere of Fiesa, with its gentle coastline, swimming areas, and holiday houses tucked among the trees.
At the White Rocks, we will make a stop for swimming. This area is known for its clear, clean water and peaceful surroundings. The pale limestone cliffs create a beautiful contrast with the blue sea, and the natural setting is quiet and unspoiled. You can swim, relax on the boat, or take photos of the unique rock formations. The stop at White Rocks is a perfect way to enjoy the Adriatic Sea in a calm and scenic spot.
