A breathtaking site by all means, this excursion consists of a leisurely hike on the 600 meter trail to the Salto Grande Waterfall, starting at the parking lot.
After Salto Grande, visitors can explore the "Pehoe Lake Lookout Point," offering a breathtaking view of the park. This viewpoint showcases the stunning turquoise waters of the lake, surrounded by majestic mountains such as Cerro Paine, Almirante Nieto Mount, the Paine "Horns," French Valley, and Big Paine. Afterwards, the second part of the tour begins, taking you to the Grey Lake sector.
We will go to the southern sector of the national park. We will stop to have lunch and explore the area if the weather is good. We will then continue the route and leave the Torres del Paine National Park through the southern section. Our last stop will be at a place on the Y-290 route called Mirador Grey. From here, we can see the mountains, Lake Toro, and possibly a section of the Grey Glacier if the weather is clear.
