Once you confirmed your booking you are secured and assured of booked services. You can contact via whatsapp or through Viator to communicate about the flight details or more.

Pick up : You will be welcomed by us at the arrival paging your name. You will be assisted and escorted to your air-conditioned, clean and sanitized car ensuring your comfort and safety.
Drop off: we drop you at your destination, hotel or accommodation with safely and comfortably.

Note: We expect each traveller to have 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Please contact us in advance if you have any oversized or excessive luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs, etc).
