Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Cruise Port Pick ups: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Your chauffeur will greet you at the exit of the terminal main gates with your name on a sign. Cruise Ship Returns: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. For non hotel pick ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or door bell or call/ text you to announce his/her arrival.
