Meeting and pickup
This is round trip service. You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle.
What to expect
Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle.
Airport Departures: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Please be at the bell desk of your hotel at the time of pick up. Your chauffeur will advise the hotel bellman of your name and the bellman will call the chauffeur up once you have identified yourself to the bellman. For non hotel pick ups, the chauffeur will either ring the gate or door bell or call/ text you to announce his/her arrival. The chauffeur will then load up your luggage and provide assistance to any passenger requiring special care to enter and exit the vehicle. Your chauffeur will take the scenic route and drop you off to the airport in a timely manner.
